She was born Mar. 2,1947 in New Castle a daughter of Ralph Edgar and Ernestine (Gann) Johnson. She was a member pf the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed jigsaw puzzles, knitting and sewing.
Survivors include her mother, son David (Michelle) Newman; daughter Cindy (Austin) Bainter; 3 grandchildren; 2 brothers Charles W. Johnson and Jerry Johnson; several nieces and nephews.
Preceded by her husband Marvin Boyd Curtis; father Ralph Edgar Johnson; brother Ron Johnson.
Services were at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Services burial at South Mound.
