Services Held for Gus L. Howdeshell
Funeral services for Gus L. Howdeshell were held Tuesday, Aug 22 from the Elsberry Christian Church. Rev. David Plumbley officiated and burial was in Oak Ridge Cemetery.
Mr. Howedshell died suddenly at his home in Elsberry Saturday.
He was born in Pike County, the son of Joseph Allen and Mary Elizabeth Barnes Howedshell. He was a retired mail carrier, member of Annada Christian Church and an active worked in the Elsberry Christian Church.
Survivors include one sister, Mrs. Rodney (Ethel) Norton of Elsberry and other relatives.
Miller Funeral Home was in charge of the services.
