Born in Amesbury, Massachusetts on October 19, 1947, he was the son of George and Lois Goodrich.
George worked for General Electric Co. for several years and retired from Xerox in 2010. He enjoyed stock car racing and was the crew mechanic, racing at many local tracks. He also enjoyed hunting.
He was predeceased by his mother, Lois. George is survived by his wife, Ruth Ann; his children, Lisa Rougier (Josh) of Middle Grove and Wayne Goodrich (Jennifer) of Ballston Spa; grandchildren, Logan, Larisa and Gavin; father, George Goodrich; siblings, Gene Goodrich (Michelle), Gaylynn Cartier (Mark) and Gregg Goodrich (Diane); and many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will follow in the Ballston Spa Cemetery.
