Before being cremated, Curtis donated organs and tissues to Gift Of Hope. He wishes that those who receive these gifts might know a better life. Per his request, his ashes will be spread on his favorite aunt and uncle’s family farm in West Salem, Wis.

Please join the family for a Remembrance of Life to be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 9, at Pinstripes, 100 W. Higgins Road, S. Barrington, Ill., in honor of Curtis. A casual lunch buffet will be served.
