Survivors include his wife, Donna Whiting Guffey; daughter, Amanda Rhea Guffey; brothers, Edward Guffey, Virgil Guffey, and Bobby Guffey; sisters, Barbara Blankenship, and Sandra Hudgins; nieces, Audrey and Jesse Reagan and their children, Damien Nance, Trenton and Ally Francis, and Semyah and Lexy Whitted; and a large extended family and a host of friends.
The Family will receive friends from 12:00 noon until 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 9, 2016 in the Smith Chapel followed by a Memorial service at 1:00 p.m. with Bill Clabough officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Cedar Grove Cemetery for the inurnment.
