Services for Mrs. Noah (Lula) Inglet, 82, of Rt. 1, Bangs were held at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, December 31, 1981 at Davis-Morris Funeral Home with burial to be in Bangs Cemetery. The Rev. C. W. McCullough officiated.

Mrs. Inglet died at 3:40 p.m. Tuesday, December 29 at Brownwood Regional Hospital following a six month illness.

She was born October 16, 1899 in Garland, TX to John and Margaret (Ethridge) Nelson and was a retired nurse and homemaker. She was a member of the Bangs United Methodist Church and had lived in Bangs since she was seven years old. She married Noah Inglet in Bangs on September 24, 1916. He died in 1950.

Survivors include a son, Bobby Ray Inglet and wife, Alice of Arlington; a daughter, Vada Mae and husband Robert Reynolds of Bangs; four grandchildren, Betty Ellis and her husband Jimmie of Bangs; Bobby Reynolds and his wife Ann of Bangs; Debbie and Mike Inglet of Arlington and two great-grandchildren, Debbie Ellis and Colby Reynolds both of Bangs; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Inglet was preceded in death by her parents and husband; one son, Bernay Eugene; brothers, George Nelson, Luther Nelson, William Nelson, Jim Nelson, John Nelson and Edd Nelson and two sisters, Eler Nelson and Ethel Sumpter.
