Mellisa L. (Hollobaugh) Gray, 27, of Vandergrift, died Sunday, March 27, 2011, in her residence. Born Nov. 9, 1983, in Natrona Heights, Mellisa was a member of the Apollo First Baptist Church. She enjoyed spending time with her daughter and family and attending church. Survivors include her husband, John Gray; daughter, Dezirae Gray, both of Vandergrift; her mother, Patricia Burns Hollobaugh, of Vandergrift; three brothers, David Hollobaugh Jr., of Kepple Hill, Jeremy Richard, of Leechburg, and Jason Richard, of Vandergrift; a sister, Jenniffer Richard, of Vandergrift; along with numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, David Hollobaugh, in 2008; maternal grandparents, Clarence and Jeanette Burns; and paternal grandparents, John and Betty Young. Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. until time of services at 8 p.m. Wednesday in the DUNMIRE-KERR FUNERAL HOME, 244 Franklin Ave., Vandergrift, with the Rev. Scott Fairman officiating. Interment will be in the Brookland Cemetery, Allegheny Township.
