Michael Dale Chaney, age 66, of Poplar Street in Ravenna passed away Saturday, April 2, 2016, at the Veterans Administration Hospital after a long illness. He was born September 23, 1949 in Estill County and was the son of the late Chester Chaney and Ona Barnes Chaney Barnes. He was a United States Army veteran of the Vietnam Era and a member of the American Legion. He was a retired CSX Railroad employee and had lived in Estill County all of his life. He is survived by:

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, April 6, 1 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Terry Barnes. Burial will be at the Oakdale Cemetery. Friends may call between 6 and 9 PM Tuesday at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
