O. F. Bennett Dies at 59, Funeral Here
Funeral services for O. F. Bennett, 59, a resident of Cottonwood, Callahan County, were held at 6 p.m. Sunday at the Swetwater Church of Christ.
Mr. Bennett, a former resident of Nolan County and well known here, was a brother of W. H. Bennett and Clara Bennett of Sweetwater and Mrs. J. W. Lynch of the Lake Sweetwater community.
His death at Cottonwood followed a long period of ill health.
Immediate survivors include his wife and two children, Mrs. Leota Meadows and Garland Bennett. There are three grandchildren.
Burial was made in Roscoe Cemetery.
