Lorraine Rogers (Aunt Rae) age 90 of San Bruno CA died at her home March 7, 2016 at 9:49 am.

She was born in Long Beach California on May 24, 1925 to Ruth and Leroy Rogers. She attended North Brae Grammar School and San Mateo High School. Lorraine earned her Liberal Arts Bachelor of Science degree while working from the University of San Francisco in June of 1965. Lorraine worked for the FBI aspiring to the position of Secretary to the Agent in charge. She held this position in the San Francisco and Anchorage Alaska offices. She left the FBI for a brief period of time and joined the Catholic Adrian Dominican Order. After fulfilling that calling she retuned to the FBI to finish her career with 35 years of service.

Lorraine spent her leisure time gardening, bike riding, walking and being in the outdoors. Her love of the outdoors was captured through the lens of her camera; these photos were always available to be shared with friends or family. Trips to Yosemite as a high school senior, to Alaska for work and leisure and trips to Poland were documented with her photographic eye. Lorraine enjoyed visits and conversations with all her nieces and nephews and was always willing to help with school projects. Family heritage was very important to Lorraine as she spent many hours compiling this information for all the family to have.

Lorraine (Aunt Rae) is survived by many nieces and nephews from all over California and will be missed for her sense of humor and dedication to each of them.
