Wynne Elisa Dyson, 62, of Odessa, Missouri passed away on Friday, April 1, 2016 surrounded by family.

A graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m., Wynnesday, April 6, 2016 at the Mound Grove Cemetery, 1818 N. River Blvd., Independence, MO, 64050. A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m., to 11:30 a.m., Wynnesday, April 6, 2016 at the Ralph O. Jones Funeral Home, 306 S. 2nd St., Odessa, MO, 64076, 816-633-5524. Wynne was born on April 23, 1953 in Independence, MO to Wilbur E. and Nancy Betty Jean (Gooch) McLaughlin. She graduated from Raytown High School. She married Roger “Bones” Louis Dyson on June 23, 1975. Wynne worked at Morgan’s Restaurant for many years as a waitress, cook, and had many other duties. She was most recently working at Family Dollar and as the VFW Post 5675 Club Manger. In addition to spending time with her family she enjoyed her animals and Cadillacs.

In addition to her husband Bones, Wynne is survived by two sons, Jessie Dyson and wife Heather of Odessa, MO and Aaron Dyson and companion April Manning of Odessa, MO; seven grandchildren, Misty Wilson, Devon Howard, Haiden Dyson, Bryce Howard, Blake Howard, Jersie Dyson and Alyssa Cyphres; three sisters, Joy Wisner and husband Wayne of Raytown, MO, DeDe McLaughlin of Kansas City, MO and Sue Harden of Blue Springs, MO; and one niece, Cassie Farage and two nephews, Jeremy Wisner, Scott Farage.

In addition to her parents, Wynne was preceded in death by a sister Tracy Farage.

Pallbearers are: Traves Gann, Shane Gann, Paul Scott, Mike Manning, Scott Farage and Devon Howard.
