NEGLEY - Janet Linn Rhodes 61, of Negley, passed away suddenly at East Liverpool City Hospital on
East Liverpool City Hospital on Monday, March 28, 2016.

Born April 22, 1954 in Rochester, Pa., she was a daughter of the late John and Betty Gallagher Crow.

Janet was preceded in death by her son, Elwood Williams; brother, John Crow and sister Ann McAngus.
She was a homemaker and had a special love for children.

Janet was a member of the House of Prayer and was very active in the church. She worked with prison ministry and was so proud to show her love for the Lord.

She will be deeply missed by her husband, Keith Rhodes; sons, Bill Williams of Salem, Raymond Crow Jr of East Liverpool, stepson Jesse Rhodes and his fiance Brandy Cox of Alliance; daughters, Betty Williams and her boyfriend Jacob Morris of Wellsville, Mary Williams, Nikita Crow and stepdaughter, Stacey Bott (Charles) all of East Liverpool; brothers, David Crow Sr. (Denise) of Calif., Walter Crow Sr. (Sherri) of Lake Milton, Raymond G. Crow Sr. of Negley; sisters, Shirley Taubert (Ray), Mary Dailey (John) of East Liverpool and Thelma Lutz of Pittsburgh and 26 grandchildren. Pastor Kim Gadd will celebrate her life on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at 6 p.m. at the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester. Friends will be received at 4 p.m. until the time of the service.
