Billy LaWayne Passmore, a hard working devoted family man, went home, April 1, 2016. Billy was born in Ashland, OR. to Johnny and Marcy Passmore on September 22, 1956.

He joined the US Army in 1975 serving in the first Persian Gulf War. During his time in the Army he earned many awards including, the Army Commendation Medal w/OLC, Army Achievement Medal with 2/OLC, Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Southwest Asia Service Medal w/3 bronze stars, Kuwait Liberation Medal. Billy left the Army in 1992 and went to work as a truck driver.

His favorite pastimes were riding his Harley and cooking.

Billy leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife; son; mother; brother; two sisters and three grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held on April 5th, 2016, 9:00 AM,with Pastor Mike Dailey officiating and burial at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery with military honors.
