"Death of Harriet Hollinger
Mrs. Harriet Hollinger (nee Zartman), wife of Benjamin Hollinger, died at Lexington last Thursday evening, April 29th, aged 59 years, 3 months and 2 days. Mrs. Hollinger was a sister to Israel Zartman, of Lexington, and had three daughters, one single, one married to John Gantz and one to John L. Shaar. As a wife, mother and devoted member of the church she was a model for others to imitate, and her loss will be keenly felt by relatives, friends and neighbors. Her sickness was bilious fever of six weeks' duration. Funeral took place Monday, May 2d, at the Brickerville Lutheran church, where Rev. Semmel performed the last sad rites."
