Blanche R Ouellette Baker, 82, died peacefully at a Bangor Hospital Sept. 1, 2014. She was born in St. Agatha, Me, April 29, 1932, the daughter of Arthur J and Anita Collin Ouellette.

She was a member of the Catholic Order of Foresters (Trustee) and Union de St. Jean Baptiste. Blanche attended Dewey School, Wisdom High School & Madawaska High School. She worked as a Secretary at GE and RCA in New Jersey, where she made several life-long friends, and at St. Luce Parish office in Frenchville until her retirement.

She was predeceased by her parents. She is survived by one sister Jacqueline M. Ouellette of Frenchville, her caregivers J Paul and Cléo Ouellette and Stella Ouellette, as well as many relatives and friends. She had a special love for animals, especially cats.

Family and friends may call from 8:30 until time of service at Michaud Funeral Home in Frenchville on Friday, September 5. A mass of Christian burial will be held at St. Luce Catholic Church in Frenchville at 10 am with the Reverend Kent Ouellette officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the charity of your choice.
