Drucilla was the daughter of Reuben Biggs and Sally (Williams) Biggs of Tranters Creek, Beaufort Co NC. Around 1818 they moved to Stewart Co TN. Reuben later went to Gibson Co TN. Drucilla married Timothy Anderson in Stewart County on 19 Sep 1820, and shortly afterward they settled in Union Co IL.
