Anne M. (Carufel) Santa, 80, of Blue Bell, PA formerly of Queens, New York passed away on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at the Abington-Lansdale Hospital, Lansdale, PA.
She was the loving wife of the late William P. Santa for 48 years. Anne was born in New York City to the late Lucien and Kathleen (Porkorny) Carufel.
She graduated from Jamaica High School. Anne was currently employed for many years as a School Bus Driver for the Wissahickon School District.
Anne was a devoted mother and grandmother known for her wonderful cooking. She will be remembered as a wonderful sister and a friend to many.
Anne is survived by a daughter, Kim Anne Drews and her husband, Ronnie of Richlandtown, PA; her two sons, Frank Damiani of TX and Christopher Damiani of Rockaway, NYC; six grandchildren – Matthew, Alan, Christopher, Anthony, Nicholas & Alex and two great- grandchildren – Max and Justin.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Lucien Carufel and two sisters Kit Joyce and Lucille Richards.
Burial will take place at Calverton Memorial Cemetery, Suffolk County, Long Island, NY.
