Mrs. Ethel Hamilton Dale, age 82, of Lockport died Wednesday, February 22, 1995 at Owen Manor, Owenton. She was a member of the Lockport Baptist Church and a homemaker.
She is survived by three sons: Clayton Dale, Frankfort; Leonard Dale, Jr., Frankfort and Franklin William Dale, Eminence; two daughters: Clara Downey, Cropper and Ida Beverly, Bethlehem; one brother, Joe Hamilton, Gest; one sister, Lillie Eddins, Eminence; 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Dale, Sr.
Services were held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, February 25, at the Sholar Funeral home. Rev. Wayne Kelley, Rev. Eugene Webster and Rev. Bettie Rich Coleman officiated. Burial was in the Grub Ridge Cemetery.
