Lori JoAnn Allen, age 60 passed away March 25, 2016 in Murray, UT. She was born October 7, 1955 in Salt Lake City to Orice James and Erma Maxine Patterson Allen.
Lori passed away from an infection which was likely the result of the Lymphedema she struggled with for years. She worked at LDS Hospital in food service for 33 years after graduating from West High. Many of the team of doctors and nurses who cared for her at Intermountain Medical Center remembered her from LDS Hospital.
Lori loved butterflies, going to the fair, shopping, going to dinner, and always looked forward to going to the Nutcracker each year. We will dearly miss her at all of our family festivities.
She is survived by her Brother, Roger (Shirlene) Allen, 3 nieces, 1 nephew of California. Sister, Judy (Scott) Richardson, 3 nieces of Salt Lake City. Preceded in death by her parents.
Services will be held Friday, April 1, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum, 3401 So. Highland Drive uder the direction of Larkin Mortuary. Online condolences: www.larkincares.com
