Connie S. Wolfe, 65, of Willshire, Ohio, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, March 28th, 2016. She was born on December 3, 1950 to the late Melvard Ladd and Mary O. (Joseph) Ladd. She married David Wolfe on June 7, 1969.
Connie who was a Devoted Wife, Loving Mother and Cherished Grandmother is now free from pain and dancing with the angels.
She is survived by her husband of 47 years David; her son Joshua (Tanya) Wolfe, Ft. Wayne; three granddaughters Shae-Lynn, Nila and Lacie; two grandsons Ryan and Trevor. Also surviving are two brothers Woodrow Stout and Darryl Stout, Decatur; and a sister Diann Feasel, Decatur.
She was preceded in death by her parents Mary and Melverd Ladd, brothers Rick Ladd , Dale Stout, Danny Stout, Jerry Stout and an infant sister Zora Stout.
She was a 1969 graduate of Belmont High School and a nurse for 27 years until health issues prevented her from continuing, and also attended Praise Point Church, until her health problems forced her to be homebound.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, April 1, 2016 at the Praise Point Church, Willshire, OH with burial in the Willshire Cemetery. Pastor Brad Kittle will be officiating.
Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 31, 2016 at the Haggard, Sefton & Hirschy Funeral Home, Decatur, IN. There will also be visitation at the church prior to the service from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. on Friday.
Preferred memorials are to the Praise Point Church.
