Maysville - Carol J. (Stoppel) Griffin, 54, of Maysville died July 16 at her home. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Jones Funeral Home in Jacksonville with the Rev. Bobby Williams officiating. Burial will follow at Onslow Memorial Park. She was a member of White Oak Community Church.
She is survived by her husband, Benjamin Griffin of the home; two daughters, Teresa Willis of Jacksonville; and Dalene Reynolds of Richlands; two brothers, Harold Stopple of Hutchinson, KS; and Melvin Stoppel of Russell, KS; two sisters, Lucille Steinert of Russell, KS; and Betty Gilbreath of CA; and nine grandchildren. Burial in Onslow Memorial Park, Jacksonville, Onslow Co., NC
