Joseph N. [sic] Colgan, a clerk in the Municipal Court for the last 21 years, died at his home, 345 N. 18th st., yesterday. He was 80. A Native of Philadelphia, Mr. Colgan had lived at the N. 18th st. address for the last 40 years. He was active in Republican politics in the 1st division of the 15th ward. He had been a member of the Cathedral Total Abstinence Society for 58 years. Solemn Requiem Mass will be celebrated at the Cathedral of SS Peter and Paul at 10 A.M., Friday. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.
