Jewell Adams Anderson, 91, of Midland died Thursday, February 18, 2009 at Columbus Hospice House.
Mrs. Anderson was born January 26, 1918 in Tennille, AL daughter of the late Delphia Irene Adams Barefoot and Captain Mitchell Barefoot. She was a retired medical technician for St. Francis Hospital and attended Cascade Hills Church.
She is preceded in death by her husbands Thomas W. Adams and Ernest H. Anderson and infant son Billy Ray Adams.
Survivors include her sons Thomas W. Adams, Jr of Columbus, GA and Harold W. Adams of Irvington, AL; brothers James E. Barefoot of Phenix City, AL, Winton Barefoot of Brundidge, AL; sisters Thelma Rodgers of Phenix City, AL, Annelle Moseley of Lake Wells, FL, Mildred Rodgers of Columbus, GA, Shirley Shipman of Birmingham, AL and Irma Gean Hart of Ft. Walton Beach, FL; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
