Virginia Frances Dennard Straley, 80, died Wednesday, Nov. 4,1998, in a local care center. Service will be at 2 p.m. today at the First Baptist Church with burial in Goldthwaite Memorial Cemetery. Arrangements are by Stacy-Wilkins Funeral Home.
She was born Oct. 25, 1918, in Mills County. She was a nurse and a Baptist. Survivors include her husband, David Straley of Goldthwaite; a daughter, Ginny Sue Straley of Mabank; a sister, Linda Lewallen of Jal, N.M.; three brothers, Charles Dennard of Goldthwaite, Billy Dennard of
Austin and Ed Dennard of Odessa; and numerous nieces and nephews.
