H. Glenn Carl, 51, of Downingtown, formerly of Mount Union, died on Monday evening, January 26, 1976 at Hahnemann Hospital in Philadelphia.

A son of Harry F. and Gladys (Jenkins) Carl, he was born in Mount Union on November 30, 1924. He was married to the former Carol Suders.

Surviving are his mother, of Mount Union, his widow and two children, Glenn S., Lionville and Joann, at home.

There is one sister, Mrs. Lavonda McClain, Mount Union.

The deceased was employed by Mobil Pipeline of Harrisburg. He belonged to the VFW Post and the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge in Downingtown.

He was a veteran of World War II, having served with the U. S. Army.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, January 30, from the Ralph W. Ralston funeral home, 107 W. Lancaster Avenue, Downingtown. Interment will be made in the Haven Rest Cemetery, R. D., Shirleysburg.

He was the request of the family that there be no viewing.
