BRAWAND, JOHN EDWARD JR., 55, of Greenwood, IN, went to be with his Heavenly Father; his father; and his sister, Doris, on Thursday, September 25, 2008.

He was born in Louisville and was employed at Wal-Mart in Greenwood, IN. He loved country music, camping and the great outdoors. He will be missed by all.

He leaves behind two daughters, Diane Brawand, of Indianapolis, IN and Beverly Graham (Bryan), of Greenwood, IN; a son, John Brawand, of Indianapolis; his mother, Doris Brawand; six sisters, Mary Doble (Tony), of Greenwood, Margaret Ward (Bruce), of Rosepine, LA, Brenda Spann (Tommy), Terri May (Trauge), Ann Brawand and Joan Al-Daiwan (Basharr); four brothers, Roger (Nancy), Bobby, Eric (Kallie) and Tod (Marsha) Brawand; three grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

His service will be 2 p.m. Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with entombment in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. Visitation will be 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Sunday and after 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
