Virginia E. Robbins, 97, of Eureka, MT passed away Thursday, March 24, 2016 at North Valley Hospital in Whitefish, MT. Virginia enjoyed life, loved to travel and tell stories about it. Virginia was independent, living alone in her house in Eureka for the past 10 years, while making many trips to Hawaii and going on cruises. She died suddenly, sitting in her favorite chair.

Virginia received many awards over the years for her bead work at the Lincoln County Fair. She loved to sew and many of her friends cherish the calendars she made.

Virginia was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Tommie Robbins. Virginia and Tommie lived in many locations; Tommie spent 21 years in the Navy and was a Purple Heart recipient at Pearl Harbor. Virginia and Tommie traveled the world with many great stories of their adventures. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Bob Lorge.

Virginia is survived by her daughter Christina Brandos and Son-in-law Scott Brandos of Eureka; and her four nephews and niece, Craig Lorge, Marty Lorge, Mark Lorge, Shelly Inabinet and Rob Lorge.

Funeral Services are being held at Peace Valley Chapel, Monday March 28, 2016 at 11:00am. All are welcome. Local arrangements are under the care of Schnackenberg & Nelson Funeral Home of Eureka.
