The body of James Marlow, whose death occurred at the home of a brother, Wm. Marlow, near Charles City was brought here last Thursday morning. Funeral services were held in the afternoon at 1:30 at the Catholic Church. Burial was in the Allison Cemetery. The deceased was a brother of Mrs. M. Weires. His home during the greater part of his life was in this community. By occupation, he was a carpenter. Death occurred after a lingering illness.
