Randy Robert Ward, age 51, passed away on September 30, 2006, at his home in Lynnwood, Washington. He was born on March 18, 1955, to Robert and Theresa Ward, in Seattle, Washington.
In 1976 he married Leslee Bono and together they recently celebrated their 30th anniversary. Through Randy's life he was a renaissance man, working as a hod carrier and then becoming a brick layer. He also spent some time commercial fishing in Alaska. In his free time Randy enjoyed fishing and hunting, but most importantly loved spending time with his grandchildren.
He leaves behind his loving family including his wife, Leslee Ward; his children, Nicky (Jeremiah) Holston, Katie Ward, Robert "Boomer" Ward, and Jaime McJunkin; parents, Bob and Theresa Ward; grandchildren, Kayleigh and Adam Holston, Jayden Ward, and Shyla Thrasher; brother, Jim Ward; sister, Kathy Jeppsen; and many other caring relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m., on Saturday, October 7, 2006, at Purdy & Walters at Floral Hills Chapel, 409 Filbert Road, Lynnwood, WA 98036. Interment will take place at Floral Hills Cemetery in Lynnwood
