DELHI, La., Sept. 20. -- (Special) -- Funeral services for Mrs. Sallie Elizabeth Stevens, 77, of Ring[g]old, who died at the residence of her son, Mr. O. O. Stewart, near Delhi, at 5 a.m. Saturday, will be held at the chapel of the Mulhearn Funeral Home in Delhi at 3 p.m. Sunday, with the Rev. C. S. Wroten, Baptist minister of Crowville, assisted by Rev. Patterson, officiating. Interment will follow in the Harris Cemetery near Crowville under the direction of the Mulhearn Funeral Home.

She is survived by eight children: Mrs. M. F. Cook, Mrs. F. F. Rogers, Mrs. Grady Kelly, Mrs. Melton McDow, O. O. Stewart, W. M. Stewart, J. E. Stuart and G. M. Stewart, and one sister, Mrs. Mary Walker.

Pallbearers will be: Melton McDow, M. F. Cook, Grady Kelly, F. L. Rogers, H. B. Stewart and W. G. Cook.

Honorary pallbearers will be: Lloyd Thornbu[r]g, N. J. Rester, William Rester, G. W. Evans, C. D. Lewis, Leonard Brice, Ocy Kelly and J. H. Lightsey.
