Carolyn Fay Bright, 64, passed away on Thursday, March 24, 2016 at her home in Batesville, MS. She was born in Sardis, MS, on May 25, 1951 to Margaret Moore and Esra Riley Bright. She was a homemaker and she loved her family.
She is survived by three sons, Gene Downs (Jennifer); Marvin Downs (Ann) and Billy Downs (Rachael) all of Batesville, MS; four sisters, Carol Jackson of Battle Creek, MI, Rita Elaine Lyon of Batesville, MS, Lucy Ward of Pulaski, TN and Nora Bright of TN; three brothers, Kenneth Bright, Alvin Bright and Tim Bright, all of Batesville, MS; thirteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one daughter, Tina Fay Downs.
She will be buried in Good Hope Cemetery in Batesville.
