Daughter of Alfonso Tellez de Meneses, 4th Lord of Meneses, and his first wife Maria Yanez de Lima, she married, about 1260, as her second husband, Alfonso de Molina. They had two children:
María Alfonez de Molina (c. 1260–1321), Queen Consort of Castile by her marriage to her cousin, Sancho IV of Castile, son of Alfonso X and Queen Violant of Aragon. They were the parents of King Ferdinand IV of Castile.
Alfonso Téllez de Molina (1262-1314), 7th Lord of Meneses.
She died after 1264, although the exact date of her death is unknown. At her death, her body, like many others of her ancestors, was buried in the Palazuelos Monasterio de Santa María. Her remains are not preserved today, but many of the tombs of the Téllez de Meneses family, who were in the Palazuelos Monasterio are now in the Diocesan Museum of Valladolid.
