LEBANON, VA-Jeff Williams, beloved husband, father, and pastor, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 24, 2016. Jeff was survived by his loving wife, Peggy, 4 daughters – Andrea, Bethany, Merritt, and Melody – and their husbands, along with 14 grandchildren. Jeff was first a servant of his God, spending his life devoted to sharing the love of Christ with everyone he encountered. He relentlessly pursued the call of Jesus over his life and poured his heart out into this community and his church – Lebanon Community Fellowship. Jeff not only served his community well, but passionately served his family with a steady and faithful love. One of his greatest joys in life was simply being with his wife, daughters, and grandchildren. Jeff loved to laugh and share his joy with those around him, encouraging the brokenhearted and affirming the freedom of Jesus Christ in their lives. His reach was far and his love for God’s kingdom was deep. Lebanon, Virginia will forever be changed by Jeff’s desire for the restoration and hope we have in Jesus.

The funeral service will be conducted 11:00 am Monday, March 27, 2016 in Lebanon Community

Fellowship, 218 Highland Drive, Lebanon, with the Pastoral Team of the church officiating. Serving the family as pallbearers will be: Philip Bundy, Bill Akers, Kevin Farmer, Duane Garrett, Ed Boyd and Frank Gent. Burial will follow in Ketron Memorial Gardens in Lebanon. The family requests in lieu of flowers memorial donations in Jeff’s name be made to Lebanon Community Fellowship, 218 Highland Drive, Lebanon, VA 24266. A gathering of family and friends will be after 6:00 pm Sunday, March 26, 2016 at the church.
