Services is 3:00 pm Friday, March 25, 2016 at the Wilcox Chapel with Bro. James Young officiating. Burial is in Neshoba Cemetery. Wilcox Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Fulton,a native of Neshoba County, was a deacon of New Hope Baptist Church. He served in the United States Air Force during World War II and the Korean War. He was past president of the MS Numismatic Assn.
Survivors include: his wife, Doyle Halford Fulton of Carthage; a son, Hal Edwin Fulton of Ft. Worth, TX; 2 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild.
