(7) FULL NAME: I HAVE FOUND NO DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE FOR MIDDLE NAME. (#1) In the 1850 Casey County, KY census, he is listed as "H." Dye. (#2) Information received from Shelly (#48724495) on 12 SEP 1917 -- Permission note for daughter, Julia to marry, 11 Aug 1862 • Pike County, Indiana, USA. Handwritten note by John for daughter Julia to marry Theophilus Hammons. He signed it: John H Dye. Signature & note all appear to be in the same handwriting.

I have been made aware there are several broken, damaged & unlegible tombstones in Bethelridge Cemetery that are "At the very end corner of the cemetery amongst many rows of unmarked graves and graves only marked with fieldstones."
