GEORGE C. HINKLEY (Rep.) was born in Saginaw county, Mich., Aug. 13, 1862. He was educated in the public schools of Milwaukee and high school. He was an operative flour mill man for thirty years. In 1907 he engaged in the real estate and insurance business. At that linn? he organized the Hinkley company and has been president of the company since its inception. He assisted in the organization of the West Allis State Bank in 1911, acted as president of that institution until 1918; remained on the board of directors and again elected to the presidency in 1923. He was elected to the assembly in November, 1922.
