She was born June 22, 1940 in Haydentown, Pa. the daughter of Rueben Albert Sutton and Goldie Irene Swaney Sutton.
Her parents; husband, Herbert J. Lowe Sr.; two grandsons, Eric Michael Lowe and Jerod B. Chapman and her siblings, Douglas G. Sutton, Richard Sutton and Betty Jane Kelley preceded her in death.
Surviving are her loving family, her children, Sandra Chipps and husband Bill and Herbert J Lowe Jr.; grandchildren, Ronald G. Chapman Jr. and wife Randi Jo, Jamie N. Chapman, Shannon Martelli, Hunter Lowe and River Lowe; great grandchildren, Brooke Chapman, Allyson Chapman, Caleb Matzus-Chapman, Gage D. Lowe, Jemma Chapman and Braydon Martelli; sister, Barbara Ann Roberts and husband Walter; brother, Glenn A. Sutton and wife Gloria; sisters-in-law, Ramona Sutton, Brenda Sutton, Arlene Lowe, Francine Lowe and Veronica “Roni” Lowe; nieces and nephews and her loving dog, Katie.
The family will greet friends and family in the Dean C. Whitmarsh Funeral Home, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pa. on Sunday 6 to 8 p.m., Monday 4 to 8 p.m. and on Tuesday, April 11, 2017 until 11:00 a.m. the hour of service with Pastor Jim Dice officiating.
Interment will follow in Mountain View Memorial Park, Brownfield, Pa.
