Jennifer Mary Falk Warner age 42 of St. Louis Park passed away on Sunday March 20, 2016 at her home due to complications of Wegener’s disease.

Funeral Service Thursday March 24, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at the Waconia Moravian Church (209 East 2nd Street) Waconia with Dr. Amy Gohdes-Luhman officiating; visitation Wednesday 5-8 P.M. at the Johnson Funeral Home in Waconia and Thursday 1 hour prior to the service at church; interment Church Cemetery.

Jennifer was born on May 9, 1973 in Waconia the daughter of David and Dianne (Ware) Falk. Jennifer graduated from Eden Prairie High School in 1991 and from the University of Minnesota Duluth Campus in 1995. She was a Minnesota Wild Hockey fan and a huge Chicago Bears follower. Jennifer loved her Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, had an appreciation for craft beers and treasured different kinds of music. Jennifer loved and lived life to the fullest. She will be missed.
