Mrs. Carolyn Ann McKnight, 62, of Leesburg, passed away, Tuesday, March 22, 2016.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 25, 2016 in the chapel of Joseph W. Jones Funeral Home in Leesburg. Rev. Robin Chaplin will officiate with interment to follow at Andersonville National Cemetery at 2:00 p.m.
Born April 7, 1953 in Memphis, TN, Mrs. McKnight was the daughter of the late James Henry Dye and Anna Loretta Lloyd Dye. She worked for over seventeen years at Taco Bell on Slappy in Albany where she never met a stranger. She loved her family deeply and especially enjoyed spending time with her grandbabies. She was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. McKnight was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Albert L. McKnight, Jr.
The family will receive friends Thursday, March 24, 2016 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Joseph W. Jones Funeral Home, 375 US Highway 19 S. Leesburg, GA. 31763.
Joseph W. Jones Funeral Home of Leesburg was entrusted with the care for Mrs. McKnight and her family.
