LIEUTENANT W B MEFF DIES OF WOUNDS - SON OF CITY DEAN GUILD.

Dean Guild Meff. Aberdeen, yesterday received a telegram conveying the sad news that his son, William B Meff, Gordon Highlander, had died the result wounds. Lieutenant Meff who had been at the front for a considerable time, before entering the Gordon Highlanders on the outbreak war, was associated with his father business. Well-known as a cricketer, he was prominent member of the Aberdeenshire Club. He was 29 years of age.

Dean of Guild and Mrs Meff. In the loss their only son, will have the heartfelt sympathy of the community.
