Billy "Dink" Osborne, 58, a resident of Cleveland, TN, passed away Monday, March 21, 2016 at his residence.

Son of the late Gene and Mary Osborne, Dink was born May 20, 1957. He was a member of Echoes of Mercy Baptist Church. Dink was an umpire for the local baseball and softball teams for many years. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Dink is proceeded in death by his parents listed above, brothers Pete Kibler and Sam Kibler.

A celebration of his life is planned for Wednesday, March 23rd, 2016 at 1:00 PM at the Echoes of Mercy Baptist Church located at 535 Durkee Road in Cleveland, TN with the Reverend Daniel White officiating. Interment will follow in the Dill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the church on Wednesday evening, March 22nd, 2016 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM and also one hour prior to the service on Wednesday.
