She moved to the United States with her family during the Holocaust.
She came to the Capital District DDSO in 1986, and for the past five years, has been residing at the Worth Road IRA in Gansevoort.
She was a very loving person with a feisty personality. She enjoyed “running the house,” and had a quick wit about her.
She enjoyed her flowers, visiting with the staff, her frosty cokes, Hershey bars, ice cream and having her barrettes in her hair. She always liked to look nice.
She was predeceased by her parents and her brother.
Survivors include her friends that provided her care at the Worth Road IRA, her longtime friend of Hadley, her friends at the Adirondack Day Hab and all the many friends she made over the years.
Services were at the Densmore Funeral Home, Inc., 7 Sherman Avenue, Corinth with Lawrence Willette officiating.
