DEXTER - A funeral for Cora Mae Hill, 96, of Adel Acres Care Center and formerly of Dexter was held Aug. 1, 1992 at the Zion Lutheran Church at Dexter, with burial following at the Dexter Cemetery. Mrs. Hill died of a heart attack at the care center on July 29.

The daughter of Henry and Emma Vogel Fett, she was born near Dexter on October 8, 1895. She married Lewis Hill on March 11, 1914. They lived on a farm near Dexter until 1925, when they moved to town. She was a homemaker and assisted her husband in the operation of the Texaco Station. She was a lifelong member of the Zion Lutheran Church and the Lutheran Ladies Aide.

She was preceded in death by her husband; by a daughter, Marjorie; by her parents; by a sister, Irene; and by a grandson.

Survivors include a daughter, Martha Smith of Earlham; three grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
