Thomas E. Daley, a native of Witherbee, well known in Plattsburgh passed away yesterday at his home, 917 Myrtle Avenue, Albany, N.Y.

Mr. Daley was born at Witherbee on February 27th 1879, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. T. F. Daley.

He spent most of his life at Saranac Lake, where he was engaged in the retail tobacco business.

Five years ago he went to Albany to reside.

He is survived by one son, two sisters, two brothers, and two nephews.

Mr. Daley was a member of the Albany Lodge of Elks No. 49 having transferred from Plattsburgh Lodge some year ago.

Interment will be in St. Bernard's Cemetery.
