Caroline Liberton died of Diphteria with complications of Pneumonia and Malaria. She was sick approximately 8 days before she passed away. The physician that was treating her was A. Waters M.D. of Linnwood, Missouri. It was reported that she passed away in Crawford township, Missouri. I checked each cemetery's website listed below from the Crawford Township and there was no listing of a Liberton burial on-line as of 3/22/2016. Hopefully someone will find this little girls grave and add it to this memorial. The original Liberton Family Tree for John & Cecilia Iven Liberton listed her birth and death dates along with her born and buried locations are in Missouri.

Crawford Township covers an area of 35.29 square miles (91.4 km2) and contains no incorporated settlements. It contains seven cemeteries: Antioch, Judy, Richardson, Turner, Union, Williams and Willis
