BAILEY, Mrs. Beatrice, of Richmond, departed this life March 18, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Bailey Sr. She leaves to cherish her memory three daughters, Belinda Johnson (Elmo), Valerie Bailey-Rhem (the late Marvin) and Deborah Bailey (Stacey Johnson); son, Edward Bailey Jr.; six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Mimms Funeral Home, 1827 Hull St., where a public viewing will be held Monday (today) from 1 to 7 p.m. Funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 22, 2016, at St. Paul's Baptist Church, 4247 Creighton Rd. Dr. Lance D. Watson, pastor. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery.
