Services for Joe Lynn Rouse, 43, Albany, are 4 p.m. Thursday at Clinton Chapel of Snell-Zornig Funeral Home, Clinton, Iowa. The body will be cremated.
Visitation is 5 to 8 p.m. today. A memorial fund has been established.
Mr. Rouse died Monday at University Hospitals, Iowa City, after a short illness.
He was born Feb. 10, 1946, in Duncan, Okla. He married Mary Houston in Las Vegas, Nev.
He was employed as a pipe fitter since 1963 out of Local 344, Oklahoma City, Okla.
Survivors include the widow; a daughter, Marci Lyn Rouse; and a son, Joe William Rouse, both of Clarksville, Mo.; twin granddaughters; his mother, Flora Rouse, Clinton; a sister, Jeanie Ooton; and a brother Grady "Buck" both of Comanche, Iowa.
