QUITMAN - funeral services for William Grant Howard, 88, will be held at 10 am. today in Beech Springs Baptist Church near Quitman with the Rev. Loy Baird, the Rev. Walter Ledford, the Rev. L. K. Hartsfield officiating.
Burial will be in Antioch Cemetery under the direction of Edmonds Funeral Home. Mr. Howard died Tuesday in a Jonesboro clinic after a lengthy illness.
Survivors include five sons, Chester Howard and Mitchell Howard of Belmont, Frank Howard, Tillman Howard and Juess Howard of Quitman; one sister, Mrs. Gertrude Bryant of Jonesboro; seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
