His wife was Harriett Matilda (nee Branham) and she was born Sept. 17, 1854 in Owens Crossroads, Madison, Alabama, and died Jan. 25, 1931 in Hartshorne, Pittsburg Co, OK. Granville sometimes went by the name Grant. His family lived in the Wingo area of Hickman Co., KY.
