Kay, 63, of Clare, passed away Friday, March 18, 2016 at the MidMichigan Medical Center in Midland. Kay was the daughter of Russell and Lorraine (Sutton) Eberhart.
She was united in marriage to Thomas C. Lewis on October 18, 1975 with him predeceasing her on September 10, 1999. Kay had worked as a Medical Laboratory Courier.
Kay is survived by her children Tom (Sara) of Clare and Shari (Chuck) Reynolds of Lake George; a grandson Thomas III; siblings Terry Eberhart, Ann (Lee) Haskill, Jan Cotter, Martin (Maida) Eberhart and Sharon Eberhart; her brother and sister-in-laws Connie Lewis, Ted and Bonnie Lewis, Patricia Lewis, Mary Bailey and Sally and Dale Beckwith; and many nieces and nephews.
Kay was predeceased by her parents Russell and Lorraine.
A Memorial Service took place on Wednesday, March 23 at the Clare United Methodist Church with Pastor Joseph Beaven officiating.
Arrangements were handled by the Clare Chapel of Stephenson-Wyman Funeral Home.
